Corporate administrative liability (Model 231)

Mapping of activities exposed to offence risk; preparation and updating of organisational, management and control models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, including a code of ethics, disciplinary system and whistleblowing channels compliant with Legislative Decree 24/2023; assistance with the appointment of the Supervisory Body and support for its activities; training of the client’s personnel. In the event of allegations, we assist and defend the entity in proceedings concerning administrative liability arising from criminal offences.
